What is the minimum order quantity? +
MOQ varies by product. For spices and coffee, the minimum is typically 300–500 kg. For coconut charcoal briquettes and soap noodles, the minimum is one 20ft FCL (14–20 MT). For samples, we can arrange smaller quantities by air freight.
What payment terms do you accept? +
We accept Telegraphic Transfer (TT), Letter of Credit (LC at sight or 30/60 days), and Documents against Payment (DP/DA). For new buyers, we typically require 30% advance with balance before shipping or LC at sight.
Do you provide free samples? +

What certificates and documents do you provide? +
